Penn vs. Tufts vs. Cornell (if pulled as alternate)

Hi all, I know a Penn/Tufts thread existed last year so I gave that a read but I would like some more opinions. I am OOS for all schools (NJ resident). If I am being honest, I am also considering not attending any schools (or deferring?) since the education is expensive and we are often cautioned by those in the field to avoid too much debt. BUT nevertheless, I would love to attend so:

Penn is the ideal location for me. My boyfriend lives in NYC with a very demanding job and this shorter...
